Combining the capabilities of EKSMA Optics in-house CNC precision polishing and thin film coating facilities allows us to offer great flexibility in the production of custom optical lenses.

We can deliver custom plano-convex or plano-concave lenses from a single piece to batches of up to 200 pieces:

• Uncoated lenses – within 2 weeks ARO
• Anti-reflection coated lenses – within 3 weeks ARO

Specifications of lenses for fast fabrication:

• Custom focal length or radius of curvature
• Diameter – ø12.7 – 50.8 mm
• Material – UV grade fused silica
• Type – plano-convex or plano-concave

Lenses can be supplied with custom IBS or E-beam coatings:

• Anti-reflection coatings: for any particular wavelength in the range of 240-2000 nm
• V-type Anti-reflection coatings: as low as R<0.1% in the range of 400 nm to the IR
• Coatings with high Laser Induced Damage Threshold: values measured for nanosecond, picosecond, or femtosecond applications
