Absolute Metrology Services has over 25 years of experience in high-level interferometry and optical test. AMS measures surface form, radius of curvature, transmitted wavefront error, surface roughness, and more. We confirm that parts meet specification for both manufacturers and end users. AMS uses large aperture interferometers to perform full-area reference calibrations of transmission flats and spheres using methods that meet ISO 17025 standards. AMS performs precision optical testing of flats, spheres, aspheres, and conics, and have extensive experience with CGHs. In addition to overall form, AMS measures radius of curvature, transmitted wavefront error of optical systems, and prism/corner cube angle errors. Using interferometric microscopes we report roughness to sub-nanometer accuracy.
