BitFlow has been developing industrial frame grabbers & software for the imaging industry since 1993. We specialize in interfacing to cameras with very high data/frame rates; working in environments with complex triggering and I/O requirements; and running in applications where every CPU cycle is precious. Using the fastest interfaces available and with one of the easiest software to use, yet incredibly powerful and reliable, we are confident that we can solve your imaging challenges.
BitFlow has been developing industrial frame grabbers and software for the imaging industry since 1993. We specialize in interfacing to cameras with very high data/frame rates. Our frame grabbers are working in environments with complex triggering and I/O requirements. What's best is that our frame grabbers are running in applications where every CPU cycle is precious. Our frame grabber interfaces are Camera Link, CoaXPress, Analog and Differential. Our software is some of the easiest to use, yet incredibly powerful and reliable. We offer APIs' to the common image processing software packages and will work with you on your custom software to ensure you are up and running in no time. Analog: BitFlow has two Analog frame grabbers. At a time where Analog has been discontinued by much of our competition, BitFlow is still selling and supporting machine vision cameras for legacy and newer low resolution systems. We offer a single and 2-4 camera option. Differential: Before Camera Link, LVDS and RS-422 were the interfaces of choice. BitFlow still sells boards with this interface and some of our more mature customers are as happy as they day they found us. Our frame grabbers average 8-10 years in the field meaning a replacement option is a cheaper alternative than a complete system upgrade. Camera Link: Our Camera Link products include the Karbon, capable of handling any CL camera on the market, with no exceptions. From Camera Link Base right up to Full Extended, BitFlow has a Karbon-CL frame grabber to meet your needs. To compliment the Karbon, we also offer a low cost Neon-CL family for up to four CL base cameras. There are a total of nine different frame grabbers for Camera Link. Which one is yours? CoaXPress: In 2013 our Karbon CXP2 and CXP4 have been bolstered by the new Cyton CXP4 . The Karbon models were released in 2011/2012 and these are proving to popular due to their versatility and also their pricing. Customers familiar with BitFlow's software interface have little work to do to convert to CXP from Camera Link or any other interface. CXP has opened a door of machine vision opportunities that was previously not available. With three products in CXP and a further nine in Camera Link, BitFlow is the best choice for your high speed imaging challenges. We have thousands of boards installed throughout the world, into hundreds of imaging applications. Our technical support and customer satisfaction are second to no one in this industry. Our engineers are dedicated to solving each and every imaging challenge you can throw at them.
