| Ford and SK Innovation announced back in 2021 that their joint venture BlueOvalSK would produce around 60 GWh annually in traction battery cells and array modules, starting approximately 2025. However that schedule has been thrown into doubt recently as Ford said it would push out some $12 billion worth of EV-related spending.
