Lapis® Integrated Multi-Laser Engine, providing compact multi-wavelength illumination for microscopy

Pavilion Integration Corporation's Lapis® Integrated Multi-Laser Engine provides compact, multi-wavelength illumination for confocal, super-resolution and advanced fluorescence microscopy.

Multiple laser sources, optical components, and drive electronics are integrated into a single subsystem, simplifying optical integration and reducing system complexity. Standard configurations include 405, 488, 561 and 638 nm, with customized wavelengths available. Free-space and fiber-coupled architectures are offered, while the Lapis High-Power Multi-Laser Engine supports up to 11 wavelengths from 375 to 1064 nm.

Applications include confocal and super-resolution microscopy, light-sheet imaging, and spatial genomics.
