Open-Type Microfocus X-ray Source with Enhanced Resolution

Hamamatsu Photonics’ new open-type L10711-26 microfocus X-ray source delivers a minimum resolution of 0.2 μm, a major improvement over the previous 0.8 μm specification. Designed for demanding NDT and industrial CT workflows, it offers W or LaB₆ cathodes, a wide 20 kV to 160 kV tube voltage range and 0 to 200 μA tube current. Four focus modes (SS, S, M, and L) enable users to select the optimum operating condition for their application. Combining improved resolution with flexible operating parameters, the L10711-26 advances Hamamatsu's microfocus X-ray source technology for high-precision imaging.
