MTF Master 200 is a fully automatic MTF measuring device with 6 motorized axes for samples with extremely large object angle of up to ±100° and object-image conjugates infinite-finite.

-MTF on/off axis

-MTF tangential/sagittal

-Autofocus curve for all image heights and azimuths possible

-Symmetry (centring) measurement

-EFL (Effective focal length)

-BFL (Back focal length)

-Longitudinal and lateral chromatic aberration

-Calculation of image field curvature, astigmatism, distortion

Due to the complete automation of all axes, measurement programs can be created by the operator. The software, which has been tried and tested for years, makes it very easy to create measurement programs.
